1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Only unused, unopened products are eligible for return.
- Used products are not eligible for return.
- If you receive an incorrect, damaged (excluding shipping damage), defective, or missing item, you may qualify for a refund if you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For defective, incorrect, or unusable items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. (Please note: the postage cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.)
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
- Any purchases outside of this Return Policy are considered final and non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery for defective/incorrect/missing items.
- Provide your order number, a short description of the issue, and photo/video evidence clearly showing the problem.
- Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.
5. Invalid Address & Reshipments
In such cases, you will be responsible for the postage cost of reshipping.
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid or incorrect address, you may choose to have it reshipped to an updated address.
